Meals
The Centre ensures that children are offered 50% of their recommended daily intake in all food groups whilst in our care. All centre staff receive training in Food Safety by participating in a training package by the Australian Institute of Environmental Health, through the Kingborough Council. Several staff have undergone intensive training via the “Eat Right, Start Right” nutrition accreditation program for Tasmanian Child Services, which is run by the Dept of Health and Human Services.
